In response to COVID-19, I’m offering a series of free videos for you to use and share with others. I’m busy creating this content and will post them as they’re completed.

These are extraordinary times. Our minds and bodies are on high alert, and it’s understandable that we are feeling our natural states of fight, flight, or freeze more acutely.

If you find yourself alternating between buzzing anxiety and deep despair, I would say you’re having an understandable reaction for this moment. It’s especially hard right now to maintain a sense of regulation in our bodies.

So I’ve decided to combine my knowledge of the nervous system, trauma, polyvagal theory, and therapeutic movement to create a series of videos. Here you’ll find some simple techniques for getting some relief and restoring some balance to your physical and emotional states. No special props are needed, just your body and some common household items.
